Brief Bio:
Aalih received her Bachelor’s degree in social work from East Stroudsburg University before earning her Master’s degree in social work from Marywood University. Prior to working in outpatient therapy, Aalih worked as an Oncology Social Worker. She has experience working with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, and anger by implementing self-compassion, self-care, journaling, and mindfulness. She is currently working towards her doctoral degree in social work.
