Brief Bio:

I believe that counseling is so much more than talking about your problems. It is truly a collaboration between the counselor and client. Together we create goals. Together we identify potential solutions. My personal mission is to build a safe, trusting and non-judgmental environment in which you are confident that the focus is you. When you enter into my space, be prepared to enter into an inviting educational environment where you can learn new skills to help you reach your fullest potential. I will not take for granted the power of listening. You deserve to share your story and to be heard.

I have a very diverse background in which I have worked with a multitude of individuals in a variety of settings. Additionally I take a multicultural approach during counseling, always considering the context of the client's world.

In conjunction with therapy, I am a Licensed Educator. I offer presentations on a variety of topics related to parenting, trauma, and other topics dealing with mental health and emotional wellness. I do not subscribe to a "one size fits all" modality. I will tailor your experience (whether it is therapy or an educational service) to meet your needs!

In-person/Telehealth Offered: Online and phone visits only
