Brief Bio:

Hi there,

My name’s Danny Varughese. Along with being a musician (two solo albums are available to stream on all platforms) and a practicing therapist who works with more than 150 clients, at the core – I’m extremely passionate. Ever since battling a deeply depressive state in 2013 and climbing my way out by reading nearly every self-development book in existence and by refining my self-beliefs and thought patterns on a meticulous level – I’ve been trying my best to be of service to individuals who find themselves battling many of life’s psychological storms.

At the agency I work at, I’ve been leading a mindfulness exploration meeting every week with my fellow therapists for the past year – and as a result, I’ve become very well-versed with the infinite array of techniques out there to guide the mind into more holistic, content, and peaceful states. I’ve discovered some of the most potent visualization techniques along with other approaches that involve different aspects of the mind working together.

Alongside mindfulness and core belief/thought work, I’m also officially trained/certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’ve worked with many children and teenagers who experienced traumatic events in early childhood and journeyed alongside them to process and work through the sensitive art of processing traumatic experiences and memories. There’s no end to the variety of tools I’ve come across throughout my journey as a therapist, and I’m aching to discover which tools in my toolbox are meant to be aligned with you.

Whatcha waiting for? Let’s do this!
